As of November, 2006 James (Troy) Williams is behind $27,000.00 (USD) in child support. The mother of his children has taken steps to rectify this situation, by contacting Maximus Child Support Services, but has been advised that there is a six (6) month waiting period for a docket in Circuit Court. She has also had to spend precious dollars to hire an attorney to try to collect this back child support.
