This Bail Bondsman Jim Smith said he wanted to purchase a handgun I had. I had him sign a promissary note that he was going to pay in 30 days. this is the amount of time he required as he was getting a check in to cover it. 2 years later I have heard every excuse as to when i would get the money or why he didn't have it. I told him last month that i was going to have to take him to small claims court and he said do what you have to. I can not locate his address to have him served as he moves alot due to his none payment
