 This just is more proof of how Jim works. He harms people then threatens them with blackmail, framing, court, cops, physical harm, etc. if the victim speaks out. Instead of just giving the stolen property or money back, he makes up stories and threatens on what he will do to try and scare people out of taking action against him.

I literally have him on camera lying to the cops when we showed up to confront him, that we threatened to murder him…after he actually threatened to murder us. He’s a homeless man, that has no money to sue anyone. He pulls a scam every time he runs out of money, from the previous scam. He literally just scammed a 72 year old woman named Ruth Schneider out of $7,000 by claiming he was a professional contractor and was going to fix the holes in her roof along with a few other things.

He took the money and left town. She’s devastated. He targets certain types of people with his charm and sad story, then turns into the vicious animal when it’s time to run with the property or money. Even on here, his responses are not of a professional business man. They make him sound like an uneducated thug. If any company needs me as a witness, please reach out. This thug needs to be stopped.

 I want to retract my latest report about Jim Westness. I sincerely think he is really trying to improve his life. The items I mentioned in my previous reports will no longer be considered stolen since I am going to just give them to him.

It’s not worth the the hassle or my time anymore chasing down material objects. I have a full life and if these things will help better him than more power to Jim. I do hope you will become a success. So I will present you with one last parting advice. If you do become successful like you want to be.

Jim is now trying to pass off a LED cube that we sent him to use as a distributor, before we found out he was a com, as one of his own. On his website he claims to have "design" this for a client. That is absolutely false! We have all the documentation and the UPS labels to prove we own that cube and shipped it to Mr Westness. 
if this will stop just one person from getting conned by this guy then it will be worth it. 
He is using the website vikingviewsmedia.com as his place of business. I hope this helps anyone that has been defrauded by this scum.

 It’s simple really. You return our company property and I will quit telling the world what it already knows. That your a thief and a liar. Now I will be glad to meet you in court any day of the week. There are no partners for you to talk with so that is a total lie too. Karma is finally catching up with you big boy and you cannot keep going around and screwing people over then whine that life has been unfair to you. So you want this to stop then send back our cube, Laptop and demo. I’m not going to send you another prepaid UPS label either. You can pay for the shipping this time and deduct it from the money we sent you through Western Union. We also have all of our receipts to prove ownership of our property and the Western Union receipts too. As for slandering your character...well you first need a descent character with morales to even slander first. You seem to lack these qualities in a human being. I’ll give you one week to remove this slanderous post Jay. If it’s not removed I’m filing a suit against you. I have signed statements from two of your ex business partners that have sided with me. You are a liar and a thief and I will prove it in court. I can’t wait to show the court how you tried to get me to steel two LED screens from a certain celebrity.

Oh this must be incorrect information that was sent to me showing him on your website with your company email. Guys I am not out to embarrass or slander anyone. I am merely passing along information that was sent to me to help stop this guy from stealing from others. I’m sure you are a very reputable company that doesn’t want to get mixed up with the likes of him. If you will look in your email you will find that I have already sent you a message pertaining to this subject. I only want Mr Westness to return the property that he has stolen or pay us back.

We have just learned of these posts on this thread that have included our Company name in your rebuttals. WE "DO NOT" HAVE ANYONE NAMED JIM WESTNESS EMPLOYED AT OUR COMPANY. We have NOT hired this person, he does not represent anything that our company is doing now or ever, and we would greatly appreciate it if you remove our Dream Themes company name listed as part of his employment. For a new start-up company, this is a negative issue and a complaint you all have with this person, and it DOES NOT have anything to do with us, nor has it ever. We are unfairly added to your posts on this website and now have to rebuttal your comments. We do not know where this person is living or working, or with whom. Please remove our Company name. Much appreciated. 

 Jim Westness has lied again and he does work for Dream Themes in Las Vegas. Easily to look up and Google. He claims he has started his own LED company and probably with the LED items he has stolen from us. I hope this will help the rest of you that Jim has screwed over. Jim you should really stop scamming people and start paying us back all the money you have stolen.

 As of this date he has NOT returned MLN’s company property or the the money he borrowed. We will continue to post every month James until you at least make an effort to work out a payment plan for the LED Cube you, Lapto, and the 3P demo panel that you have now stolen. There was no reason for you not to have sent it back even after we spent the money to email you a UPS label to return the items. It looks like your trying to scam another business owner again by starting The living electronic display company. I sure hope he will see this and not get burned like I did by you. Maybe you can make enough money enough money now to start paying back all the people you have screwed over.   Please do Jay I will completely dominate you in court because I will counter sue you for breach of contact and defamation. Do I need to start posting your incriminating texts and pictures and do I need to get your ex business partners involved? You got nothing Jay that’s why you are on this site. I really hope to see you in court.

 I have owned a very successful business that I started in 1986 and sold in 2010 which gave me the capital to start up a new new business recently. The ONLY mistake I made was not googling your name before allowing you to become a distributor and sending you a LED cube that cost $2200.00, a brand new laptop that cost $1200.00, and a 3P demo that cost $700.00. As far as I can see the only business you have and seem to do quite well with is a con man game. I was about to let this go and just write off these items but now I will take your advice and go ahead with charges against you for theft. I also have the pictures and company records to prove we own these items. So good luck and have a nice life.

  In response to these allegations I’m just going to say that I have proof that literally everything said by this person is not true. This person tried to screw me over and it backfired. I have endless text and a few phone recordings that contradict everything he says as well as witnesses from that company that will side with me. The reason Mr Singleton decided to use this platform to attempt to slander me is because he has nothing. His business has failed because he conducts business dishonesty. And he found out that I am starting my own company and am on the rise. Again I’ve not been charged with a crime or have I been sued by Mr Singleton. This is just a pathetic attempt to destroy what I am trying to build. I refuse to stoop to this level and engage in a mud slinging match with Mr. Singleton so this will be my only response to this matter.
