Jamie's Party Bus - Let The Good Times Roll- Tampa Clearwater You would never see your deposit from this company!! Clearwater Tampa Florida

I rented a 37 passenger party bus for my 30th Birthday on 3-29-08. Like the other reports stated the bus showed up over an hour late to my destination.

When we got on the bus they claimed the AC just went out and they couldn't get it to come on. The bus was extremely hot!! The driver stated the bus would cool off once we got moving by opening the roof top windows. Once we got on the bus someone went into the bathroom and noticed it was filthy. Apparently they didn't even clean if from the last party that one of my guest had to do it.

We start heading to our destination and I noticed our bus driver is swerving and text someone while he was driving. I asked him if that was safe? and if he can not due that while driving. Later on one of my guest pointed out to me our driver was smoking a cigarette while driving. This was odd because we was told there was no smoking on the bus.

We finally got to our destination hot and sweaty and unfortunately for the ladies our hair was messed up from the roof top being opened. When time to leave the bus driver was once again late to pick us up!

When we finally arrive back to our drop of location while I was on the bus getting all my belongings my boyfriend was cleaning the bus to ensure I would get back my deposit. The bus was cleaner when we left it then when it arrived.

Later on I found out from my guest the bus driver was outside asking my guest for money. Stating no one tipped him. The price I was given by Sabrina Harrington included gratuity for everything bus driver and bartender. Due to the bus driver ripping off my guest both him and the bartender made an extra $500.00 off my guest in tips. He litertally asked all my guest for money crying poverty. "Saying no one had tipped him" when he already received a good tip from my boyfriend in the beginning of the ride. However my guest didn't know that gratuity was included. I was upset feeling em brassed I called Sabrina Harrington to let her know everything that happened. I asked her for some type of refund due to Ac being broke and the money my guest gave to the bus driver not knowing gratuity was included. She stated her father Jamie owned the company and that she would have to speak to him and she would call me back. Of course no phone call back! So I called her back and she stated the bus driver denied everything and it's his word against mine. So now I asked to get my deposit back, she said in a few weeks. I called Sabrina within a few weeks and she just refuses to call me back or answer my calls. No reason just not calling me back. I'm writing this in hopes that no one else gets scammed by this company. I informed Sabrina I do plan on taking legal action against there company.
