Scott,
We too have been ripped off by a person by the name of Jared Mangan. I think we are talking about the same person, please check the name again. The Jared Mangan we are referring to, lives in Venice Florida area as well and does landscape 'work'. I need to stop this man, he is taking advantage of older folks. (Including my mother in-law) Please, help us stop this man from stealing from older people.
