Buyers and renters to own tennants beware. This company has collected taxes from it's tenants in Manawa, Waupaca County; for the last 3 years and not paid a dime of it to the county. They are over 46,000 behind in taxes yet they collect money every month from their renters. They continue to lie to their tennants, they refuse to maintain the trailer park in with tennats saftey in mind. THey employ a convicted drug felon as their manager even though it is in breach of their own rules. Stay clear of any properties owned by Quest Development, Property Connection or any off the more than 15 LLC's they use for their parks. BEWARE!! Total illegal !!
