Attorney Jason Atkins is no longer with The Law Office of Olaf Gebhart & Associates, P.C..  We do not condone stated behavior.  If you feel there is a problem during an ongoing case, it is your responsibility to contact management to address the issue, after you have attempted to resolve the matter with the attorney directly.

Our attorneys are encouraged to return phone calls (if necessary), meet with clients and maintain up to date files.  It is our goal to keep our clients informed at all times and be available for consultations to discuss any issues at hand.

Hey - if it makes you happy to have an attorney that keeps you in the dark then go for it! "Ms W" came out just fine in the long run - much thanks to the lack of Jason's capability and also due to the fact that "Ms W's" attorney had the law on her side to begin with. "Ms W's" lack of follow through on the hair follicle test was not due to her inability to prove innocence - rather - so YOU would not lose your high paying job as a government contractor! I stand by my conclusion that Jason Adkins is NOT a credit to the judical system. There are many attorneys out there that can and DO represent themselves and their companies with much more capability and follow through. Olaf Gebhart should take heart and revisit his staff choices.

I have experience with Mr. Atkins as well as the individual who produced this report, whom I will call "Ms. W," who, obviously seems somewhat confused.  Initially, unless I am incorrect, where Ms. W indicates that she was NOT Mr. Atkins' client, I wonder what type of communication she ever expected of him where he, presumptively representing her adverse, owes her ABSOLUTELY NO DUTY at all.  Also, it seems to me that if Mr. Atkins represented me in this regard, and Ms. W, his adversary were so upset by the outcome, then, he must have done a fantastic job.  Tell me, is it your attorney's job to befriend and coddle the person who is AGAINST you ... I am HAPPY when my adversary is upset with my attorney, because, that usually means that I/My Attorney won ... as must have been the case regarding Ms. W's legal matter where she indicates her unhappiness with her own attorney.  Also, is Delay, when effective against your adversary achieving his/her goals, not a desirable strategy, particularly where, as I believe was the case here? Ms. W and/or her attorney caused her/their own delay by filing improper documents/notice, et cetera and KUDOS to Mr. Atkins for calling her/them out on her/their errors.  It is NOT MY LAWYER'S Job to do the work for the other lawyer and/or make the other lawyer's client feel better.  AGAIN, I HOPE MY ADVERSARY IS UNHAPPY WITH MY LAWYER AT THE END OF MY LEGAL MATTER!!  Ms. W seems to be very confused with her legal relationship with her attorney and the lacking of any legal relationship whe has with Mr. Atkins, who did not represent her.  I hope that it is only her confusion and an abject lacking of knowledge of the legal system, as well as, understandably, her disdain for Mr. Atkins due, most likely to his successful legal representation AGAINST Ms. W, that she submits this report.  Although, where she seems to suggest some knowledge of one's being "jacked up" on something, it seems very telling that it was Ms. W who was absolutely unwilling to undergo a hair follicle (drug) test in the legal matter she references.  Maybe her knowledge and expertise in this regard yield her confusion.  I'll hire Mr. Atkins, every time if he makes my enemies this angry ... isn't that exactly what you want in YOUR Attorney?!?
