He will claim to have all these things he can do for you and if your selling your home with him you are bound to be taken his license number is 20395091 BEWARE of Jason Geschwind and his business Bloomington Ave Investments LLC that he runs out of his home he will take your money and give you nothing in return. He has so many people that he owes money to right now and I know by experience.
