JASON MICHAEL MEYER SOLICITED FUNDS TO RAISE MONEY FOR A AAA SECURITY BOND WITHIN ROCHESTER Minnesota
*Author of original report: COMPROMISE MUTUAL AGREEMENT
*Author of original report: Update
several investors nationwide were solicited to raise money to purchase a AAA security bond. promissory note was executed early August of 2008.
Transaction was to be completed in less than 45 days worse case 60 days to get principle and double return back from this principal as compensation.
Till today, all we hear are excuses and stall tactics.
We just want our principal returned asap and the truth about this on-going transaction.

COMPROMISE MUTUAL AGREEMENT
AUTHOR: Professional - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, May 10, 2009
Please accept this rebuttal as an explanation of a positive compromised mutual agreement between Jason & myself. Back in early Feb of this year (2009), Jason and I started to communicate more effectively and professionally. He fully explained to me what had happened with this transaction and the main cause was due to the unethical actions of his counter partner who he truely trusted.
Unfortunately, this incident did not turn out as we all positively expected.
Jason's sincere apologies have been definitely acknowledged and accepted since I, myself am a business entrepreneur and understand that a business investment can go positive as well as go in a negative direction. Business entails risks (good/bad) and I withstood that risk & definitely learned from it.
His promise & perservance to pay everyone since continues to progress quite positively with full confidence.
If you are interested in conducting business with Jason, please do not let this one report refrain you from continuing. Perform your complete due diligence on him and determine for yourself. One report should not automatically assume that a person is at 100% fault until proven entirely, wouldn't you agree???.
I initially posted this report due to all the scams my partner and I had encountered these past 2 yrs and actually to find out, Jason is not one of them. Just a bad deal didn't go through (happens).
Note (FYI): Besides the reported transaction reported above, I also was involved with Jason on another minor transaction few weeks before the above transaction and was paid 3x on that program.

I Was in contact with Jason, and he assured me that the transaction was coming to a close albeit a little later than originally anticipated, and that all investors will be paid out. He is providing me with documentation, and apologized for the unforeseen delays. He renewed my faith in this investment. Let's see how it pans out.
