Javitch & Block Attorney's I have a judgment against me from 2011. It was due to an auto accident. It is a civil action case. From my research and understanding, I can get the debt waived due to the time length and the fact I receive Social Security Diability and survivors benefits.  Cleveland Ohio

I understand that I should not be liable or responsible to pay J&B attorney's for file k17734 due to the fact I receive social security and survivors benefits.  Its under Section 207 of the social security act. This is a civil action case from 2011. 

My father Carroll Shifflett and sister Carol Bortle also had the same judgment, however, theirs was somehow waived or dropped!  I really need this resolved so I can take the steps to financial freedom again! I am trying to resolve this so I can finally receive my liscense back. The case is now with Javitvh and Block, and from my understanding this is a fraudelent company themselves?? Please help?!
