Homeowners and Contractors Be aware!

Jay Chapman poses to be a roofing and concrete contractor as well as subcontracts for other contractors. He established a rapport with me for approximately 2 months due to myself showing interest in looking for a business partner for handling the operations of a roofing/construction business.  

This skell is a very slick con artist. He will steal from you and he used My construction suppply account at the local supply house to make unauthorized purchases under my business,  

He also ripped me off of thousands and failed to pay his obligations. I  later found out he is NOT licensed in Georgia to do the construction work he is doing in Georgia. This guy is very slick and convincing. Beware with this guy if you run into him You will loose out if you choose to work with or hire him.

The only work he deserves to be doing is stamping out license plates in prison. 

Attached is his resume and criminal history. This guy is mobile likely could be anywhere in the country commiting his schemes.
