Jay Kaplan ripoff Bad Practice poor customer service; do not recommend for root canals Truckee California

This endodontic may be some of the worse I've experienced. I had to make 3 different appointments, once the office was closed; once I got an evaluation and one time they didn't write my appointment. I had to skip 3 days from work, drive 100 miles total, pay $100 for evaluation and STILL NOT GET THE ROOT CANAL. This dentist was recommended to me by my regular dentist who's very professional. Dr. Kaplan may be a good dentist - I wouldn't know as I'm never going there again. His office is run poorly, the appointment book is never there and the girls are never with it. Highly recommend to go elsewhere if you need a root canal in the Truckee Area.
