This guy is a ripoff, i just read on the internet that he does this all the time. Takes your money then next 3 months of excuses of why he cant show up and fix your copier. First he had to go to bahamas for emergency to fix a copier. Hello that is what i paid you for in December and now it is March. Dont ever use him, if he comes into your office hopefully you google him while he is trying to sell you ink or his repair service and then after seeing his reviews you tell him no thanks. Heck he said he can fix any copier after almost 2 months of excuses he comes in finally with the part he said he needed to fix copier and could not figure it out. While i am with a customer leaves and i call him ask him why he left without fixing it. He was going to get someone that knew my machine. I said you told me you could fix it that is why i paid you $300 to fix it. So now he not only will rip you off but if he does finally show he cant fix it any how. So please dont use Rip Off Jay , that is what i have learn he is called from others in my industry that have used him. And if he try to sell you ink, dont do it he will never show back up with your ink.
