He said he was the Sr. pastor of a new church, Greater Victory Church of Memphis, being planted by Bellevue Baptist Church and the Southern Baptist Convention.  He scammed me and many others by asking for $20 or $30 for fake background checks.  He lied practically every time he opened his mouth.  If he is talking, he is lying.

He scammed one of the mothers of the church into purchasing a $30k vehicle for him. He also scammed a young mother out of $500, promising to help her find a vehicle for her and her children.

He also scammed a pastor into using his building for Sunday services, by promising a monthly check from Bellevue Baptist Church. He overcharged church members for clergy clothing he said he would buy for them.

He also took the Sunday service offerings for personal gain, without paying Sunday service vendors (ie: musicians and equipment vendors).

He also promised one of the ministers a meeting with Pastor Gaines, of Bellevue, because, in his words, “Pastor Gaines wants to mentor you.” He also has failed to refund one lady $130 and $300 to another young lady he hired to cater the New Employee Orientation Class.

He was also trying to start a relationship with his personal secretary while lying about his girlfriend, a member of the church, being his wife.

Some people who had to quit their jobs to work for Jaycolby, risked losing everything because he promised literally hundreds of thousands of dollars in salaries for fake positions that he had no intention of paying, all in the name of God; posing as a pastor.
