The City of New York has determined that Jazz Hostels conditions are IMMINENTLY PERILOUS TO LIFE and hereby shut down it's operations. Should the owners or employees violate this order to VACATE then they will be placed under arrest.
There have also been numerous reports from guests about theft of property by cleaning staff, etc.
Order effective Nov. 2nd 2009 (still effective as of the date of this report, December 5th and will continue to be).
