JBV Handyman Services Terrible Tile & Grout replacement Kissimmee, Florida

JBV services replaced 8 tiles in my family room at a cost of $120; a very small repair job. They also were to replace 4 cracked tile which the handymen (Ron and Herc) weren't properly equipped to do. I had all necessary supplies. The grout needed to match mine was bone but the handymen used a dark charcoal colored grout. Now, I have an eye sore in the middle of my family room. David (the owner) always screened his calls so it was very difficult to get in touch with him. When I finally reached him (6 months later), he was very ignorant about the situation.  I filed a complaint with BBB but was told BBB couldn't assist me because he wasn't a member at the time of the incident. I have attempted to rectify this issue with David but he refuses to respond. Claiming "his lawyer told him not to respond to Mrs. Hurt." His response as to why the grout didn't match was that "his guys told me that the grout wouldn't match up and I agreed"; which is totally bogus! I planned to sue him in small claims court but decided against it; wasn't worth my time so I decided to employ a different company.  My advice to you: Beware of this company. If they botched a very small job, I could only imagine what they've done to a much larger job. BEWARE!
