I recieved a collection notice from J.C. Christensen and Associates, Inc. regarding a JC Penney account oweing $746.24, with an offer of a 30% discount if I pay a lump-sum payment of $522.37. I don't have now nor have I ever had a JC Penney account of any kind.

Now I'm recieving collection calls at home.
