This company is asking for a debt that was settled back in 2002. This is the second time in 4 months that either LVNV Funding, LLC or Resurgent Capital Services, LP. has contacted me. I have again faxed the letter & copy of offical check that this was settled in 2007. They have called my home & my work numerous times.
