The last time I was there in the Sprng a hairdresser there put something on my hair before the shampoo without telling what it was.  I hadn't seen her all winter as I was constantly sick with chest colds.  She applied a warm towel and left it on about 20 minutes.  Afterward she gave me a quick shampoo and cut and styled my hair.  I thought she had given me some kind of conditioning treatment.  When I left my scalp started to ache and my hair begin to fall out and continues to to this day.  I don't know what she did but I know she is responsible for this.
