I have been charged $9 by a company called "shopper discounts & rewards" to my credit card after ordering from jcwithney.com.
I have seen another rip-off report from the same company, by the same amount, here:

Do not give your credit card number to this company!
I will be calling both jcwithney and shopper discounts & rewards tomorrow, but for the reports I have seen here, I guess I'll have to report this to my credit card company as a fraudulent charge to get my money back, and change my credit card number.

I have contacted JC Whitney asking for an explanation, they say I agreed in a popup for the membership, which is impossible because I have a popup blocker and because never saw a popup.
