Jcom Skymedia false and misleading information over the phone Tonawanda New York

jcomskymedia produces a book called American Business Resources.

They have contacted our company 3 times since last spring. The contact is by phone. They ask for a person by in the company by name. They indicated that our organization has an account with them. They say they are taking our name off their list as requested next year. However, they are sending us one final copy of the book. You are then switched to an other person who confirms this information with you. Then the price is mentioned.
The first time this happened once I was off the phone, I realized there was something not right about the phone cal. I personally paid for the book.

The second time this company called, I realized what was going on. I was switched from person to person. In a very serious voice I told the person on the phone to take us off their list and never call here again.
The third time this company called I was out of the office. I discussed the matter with the employee who had taken the call.

We are returning the book. We are refusing to pay because jcom skymedia was told never to call here again.
