My mother ordered 2 hearing aids from J.D. Marvel Products and never received them. She sent a check August 27, 2002 and the company promised 2-5 week delivery. They cashed her check immediately and have not sent anything.

It is now November 22. She wrote a letter inquiring about her order and J.D. Marvel has not responded.

My mother is elderly and on a fixed income. She thought the hearing aids would help her ability to hear.

J.D. Marvel appears to be a dishonest organization specializing in thievery.

I would like to get her $23.00 back.
