JD Marvel Product ripoff Champlain New York

I ordered three pair of Genunine Suede Moccasin Slippers from the JD Marvel company on April 22, 2002, and sent a check with my order. It's a month later and still no slippers.

I saved the ad and called the toll free number. I could not get through. My check was cashed, but my bank no longer sends me my cancelled checks with my statement. I wish I would have read this report sooner. I could have stopped payment on my check, but too late.

How do I get the merchandise or my money back? I guess you don't from scam companies. Is this company going to be stopped?
