I charged my order to Visa and received email from Company on Jan.14,2003 that Visa had gone through and order was confirmed.I have received no reply as yet to 4 or 5 emails regarding delivery of the order and I can ,of course,never get through by phone.

I have been recently widowed and ,believe me,this aggrevation is just about the last straw.I'd like them to just give me my money back and get out of my life.
