Placed internet order using Visa card. Order was confirmed and approved by my bank. Order has not been received and I have not received any answers to my e-mail inquiries asking when I will receive my order. I also asked them to immediately refund my full amount to my Visa card if they were not able to fill my order. I did not know of their questionable practices until sending them an e-mail inquiring about my order and found all the complaints on the internet. Pat Twain Harte, California
