JDByrider using Brightstar Financial Group as a backer convinces people with low to bad credit to borrow money at extremely hight interest rates. 29%+
This tactic is not unlike the recent mortgage collapse wherein lenders were chastised by the Feds for loaning money to people who can not afford it thereby forcing them into financial dispair ie; Foreclosure.
I believe this company needs to be admonished and watched as they are preditory lenders causing the poor to become pennyless.
Do NOT buy a car or take a loan from these companies unless you are prepared to pay say $1450 for a $5000 car. Thats 29% interest.
Dispicable practices in a dispicable economy such as this deserves a Nation Wide revolt against these companies. I'm game and will charge you zero to join in.
They got my unsuspecting 22 year old daughter. She would have paid 16,770 for a car they listed at 13,000.
Be carefull out there. It's a dispicable place with vultures like these lurking amung the low income peoples.

People with little or know credit or who have a self made reputation for not paying their bills on time PAY HIGH INTEREST RATES. Nobody forced her into this...she could have walked out when seeing the APR if she read the contract. GROW UP!
