THIS Company Intentionally buys into bakeries, promises the greatest return and later rips off the bread and much, much more. They have also stiffed staffing agencies for tens of thousands on salary advances.
The owner is Jerry D. Guess. Cavet Emptor ( buyer beware ) this charactor is a scam artist in the first degree. I anyone know his whereabout, please advise.
He is also being charged for passing bad checks in Charlotte,NC

I deny all allegations listed here on behalf of JDGI Consolidated Holdings N.A., Inc. I also ask that the parties making these allegations step forward and we'd be more than happy to sue for defamation of character amongst other things. We divested our interests in three bakeries both in and outside of the state of North Carolina and sold out our interest. We did not stiff any payroll or staffing agencies.

I was employed with JD Guess. I should have known something was wrong when my first paycheck bounced. Now 3 months later and I am still without a paycheck. He has tried to get several payroll companies to pay us, after two turned him down I did start to get suspicious.
So I did a search and found this web-site. Now I am stunned and out about 4k, not to mention what I have lost due to his lack of payment to me. He has written me 4 bad checks which all bounced at one time. He has made several promises to reconcile these bad checks and the back pay that is owed to me, but no attempts have been made. How do I get the money that is owed to me?
