JD's Performance in New Jersey will cancel or change sale terms at their discretion.

I ordered a driveshaft loop for $55 plus $10 shipping. I completed the process and got a receipt emailed to me.

I contacted them for shipping time estimates (I already spent hours taking the car apart to be ready for the new part I ordered) and was told they canceled the order because the price was too low.

I am the owner of Jds Performance and took over the day to day operations August 1st.this person's credit card was not even charged and once I realized the incorrect price I sent an email out explaining the incorrect price and offered it to him at a price less than if he purchased it at the new pricing listed on the website and he says he never received the email but funny the other person that I also emailed about the incorrect price got their email

there is also a disclaimer on our website stating that prices may change without notice and we also have to right to cancel or refuse any order placed online and also here is a link to that page
