I'm not one to complain and I honestly feel bad for this report. However, I have been more than patient with Jeannie and my credit repair process. I feel like she has blocked my email address, because I haven't been able to get an update or see any changes to my profile in over 5 months. Which is shocking because her email advertising quote 60 to 80 days for drastic results. I have begged and pleaded for any details to no avail and am now in the same situation I was in prior to purchasing her service. This experience has been beyond stressful, needless to say I won't continue to hold my breath for actual results.
