Jeannie Kerns I don’t even know where to start. I guess I join the thousands of people she has lied to over and over again. Jeannie has a tendency to not only lie, but drag out stuff and she repeatly keeps you thinking she will come through and take care of you bs.
All she does is lie, take people’s money say this and that nothing never happens or shows up on your Credit Report. I had enough of her stuff please please stay far away from her. If you want to be lied to and led on deal with her. I told her to keep the money I don’t even want it back

She took our money thief trash lady. Shes a digital thief. We pray justice finds her soon! Her services are trash, the repair didnt work for either of us and her tradelines do not post. We had to go to the police station to file police report.
She wants to try refund us now after we filed police report and became public about this but my wife wants to litigate her for the time we lost so we're taking her to court. She messed with my wifes future, aint nobody got time for that.

Contessa - I have responded to you over and over again, and not gotten one response..
I told you what email to use... I even added it to the site and blog..
I cannot answer everyone in an instant..
Sometimes it takes me a couple of days to respond !!

I know exactly where your coming from. I have waited almost 2 years (April 2019 will be 2 years) for a service that I paid IN FULL for. I’ve been getting excuse after excuse. She responds to emails IF AND ONLY IF they aren’t "mean” or asking for updates. It takes weeks to get a response from 1 enail. I’ve asked for my money back several times, those emails get ignored every time.
But when I inquire about another service, I get immediate responses. It’s sad! Stay FAR FAR AWAY from "Jeanie Kerns” cpnandcreditrepair.com she is GUARANTEED to take your money and not deliver what you paid for. Take my advice or you will be on here next with a complaint, that’s a guarantee.
