Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
These 2 persons go online searching for different travel agencies, trying to book first class tickets to Long Haul destinations, they beg for the agents to book the tickets first and then they pay, they then send photoshopped screenshots of a wire transfer, or even worse, they don't reply at all. They ask for last minute tickets, so they can try to rush to the airport and check in before the ticket is changed or cancelled, after they fly, they block all forms of communication and never pay. Jeannie Nguyen has a criminal history and it is easily visible online, she has stole from other service providers before.

I have worked with Jeannie and Doug and I can say 100% satisfied customer they have gone above and beyond- completely professional -always helpful quick to answer-Respond Any concerns that I had or any reservations felt quickly put me at ease , they have provided a much-needed service and opportunity To have a chance at bettering ones situation ,life. Helping succeed and reaching goals which may not have been met otherwise without their help or service Jeannie’ is dedicated professional hard-working and has built her service And has had success with tremendous growth With steady clientele Referrals and most importantly word of mouth Just like with any new beginning’s or journey one is alwaysNervous and unsure bu t this was my new beginning and I am very grateful and the experience was very precise and emails and explained and verbally as well and Easily understood and have and will continue to work with them and will always refer Her business.

As the original person stated. Shes got a criminal record of identity theft, her and her now husband are constantly traveling on other peoples dime and posting to social media.
