This is posting is criminal activity and totally false. Detective Brain Bye from the Burnsville police contacted rippedoff.com to get info on the criminal who posted this and asked them to remove it. Unfortunately rippedoff.com said only after the person who did it is prosecuted will it be removed. The name “Eliot” was used as the person who wrote it and I have had his house listed and it closed. Eliot is a friend of mine since I was 5 years ago and I was not going to be intimidated to stop helping him sell his home . This criminal has a vendetta against Eliot over a girl and is attacking me to make me stop representing my client and making the process toxic. Both the Burnsville and Lakeville police are investigating this person and he will suffer the full extent of criminal prosecution. This is unfortunately is a case that anyone can say total lies and use another person’s name and the criminal has more rights than the victim.
