Do not do business with Jeff Collins! I signed up for his credit repair service. And like ALL credit repair scammers, he took my money and disappeared. For a time he would answer his emails and phone calls but then he disappeared. Another indication of what a scumbagJeff is, he changed phone numbers like most people change their underwear. Jeff will promise you the moon but not deliver. So if you're thinking of doing any business with Jeff Collins of San Diego, run the other way!!!
