Hello Jeff Scott Soto fans. Hello fellow musicians. You know Mr. Soto and His guitar player have admitted to stealing my songs. One was honorable and resolved the issue. The other is Jeff Scott Soto. Unfortunately for Jeff. These two not so smart guys sent me all of their email attachments and correspondences with each other the last time I was trying to get a hold of them to address a copy write and intellectual property theft allegation I am making. Well it turns out I had written some songs in a previous body of work. One of the band I was in was  on Atlantic for a brief period. The songs were established years before Jeff Scott Soto had the audacity to put His name on the copy write and get paid to produce and sing them as well as launch his career with them.

The worst kind of musician is a plagiarizer. I have Mr, Jeff Scott Soto by his own words and the guitarist in his band admitting their crimes. The one as I said resolved it. Mr Jeff Scott Soto just continued to slander me and make fun of the fact he ripped me off. He says that he was the singer for Journey. (you hacked Journey Mr Soto) and the singer for Queen. That must be fun following Mercury and Rodgers. Although this album Jeff produced and plagiarized four of my songs on.Jeff Scott Soto  blatantly and woefully proffered my songs as his. The album grossed just under three hundred thousand dollars it was instrumental in launching Jeffs career. Jeff Scott Soto claims he wrote the songs on the copy write. How is that Jeff. I have recordings  and live video of these same songs going as much as four years previous to you being introduced to them.

And what about the copy write you lied about, This is Federal, Yet it is more of the manner you dismiss this all in the most hurtful and arrogant way. Have your attorney contact me and I will give them the name of my representation. I am sure the Feds will be speaking to you. You might try making it right. because I will expose you in TRUTH> truth is verifiable facts. that you are a thief of art. THE WORST KIND OF DIRT BAG MUSICIAN

Aside from the fact that I have just recently learned that this theft happened. And the record is still for sale world wide. Jeff Scott Soto has no apology just makes fun of the fact he ripped song of he did not write. I want everyone to know that Jeff Scott Soto is the worst kind of thieving musician. A plagiarizer. A dirt ball in the eyes of credible musicians. I dare him to deny these allegations. They are backed by the admissions of his fellow band mate and his/Jeff's own words and copy write statement. Restitution Jeff is it in your plans?, Or do you want to find out that the court will fine you $250k? Oh they do it all the time dude, I expect you to be an honorable man. But by the way you blow me off and threaten to make me the brunt of your jokes to the members of Queen and other band mates. You sound like a sociopath. No remorse and no conscience. We will see if the Feds can muster up some of your desensitized nerves. For sure my legal team will.

The statute of limitation are fresh and the F.B.I tells me that since there was more than $2500.00 made on this project. They will most likely  prosecute Mr. Soto for copy write infringement if I persue this, A felony. New bracelets for Jeff Scott Soto. He will make bail. Jeff is an egomaniac. His emails to me are so callous and unsympathetic. He rubs his crimes in my face. I am going to make these emails public and the facts behind this case including Jeff's vulgar language, conspiracy statements on his emails he sent me when his guitarist friend was warning Jeff. They sent me all of their conversations. Thanks fellas. (what an idiot)  This will be a new web site in two weeks. I want to see if there are more victims. When you Google your name it will come up.
