Jeff Scott Calling For US National Bank Harrassing phone calls FriscoFrisco Texas

I received a phone call at work from a Jeff Scott saying I owed money from 2005. That I must listen to what he had to say. If I do not wire him the money owed from a payday loan from 2005 that I will be charged with 3 felonly charges of theft , fraud and something else that I couldn't understand. He knew my old bank account number and everything. They are going to arrest me if I do not pay him by 5:30 p.m. that day. I asked him who I owed money to and that I wanted confirmation by mail. He said it was too late and that US Bank wanted their money now. I asked him again that I wanted either their number or confirmation by mail Again he started yelling that I was going to be arrested. I hung up. Within 1 miniute he call back yelling that I hung up and I was going to be arrested. He wanted to give me his number so I took it and he hung up. He again called back asking to speak to my boss and I told it that wasnt going to happen and he hung up. He called again and said I had until 5:30 or they will come get me. He had an Indian accent and did not speak very good English. He is not too bright because I work for an Attorney and that was where he was calling me at. So I ran his number through reverse phone number search and it said it was a number in Frisco, TX. I then called US Bank and they has no record or me. I called him back and he said that he meant US National Bank. I told him I was going to report him and he said I was going to be arrested. I have no idea how to make him stop - I cant have him calling me 5 times in a row while I am working. Obviously he is not calling from this county and does not know the laws here in the United States. He is not getting any money out of me whoever he is.
