I received my credit report and noticed that Jefferson Capital Fingerhut had that i owe a balance. There is no information of this account in any of my own personal records. This information is fraudulent and should be removed off of my account especially since there is no physical evidence that I even opened this particular account. They are a RIP OFF Company

Jefferson Capitol is a company that buys bad debt from another company. SOOOOOOO the account that you see on your credit report is not something you opened with them. It is from another company and was charged off then the debt was sold to them.
