Jefferson Place Apartments deceptive trade practice, move out charges Irving Texas

One of the absolute worst places I ever rented. Multiple issues with not keeping code enforcement, pools closed all summer, apartments reeked of cooking from previous renters with food stains in carpet, water bill changes every month from $55-$90. They will shiut water off to apts several times throughout the year citing City of IRving is requiring it for repairs - not true - they are actually shutting the water off so their complex water bill from City of Irving is much less, but still imposing extremely high water bills to their residents, this profiting from eceptive business tactics. Not a safe place for women to live and crime has skyrocketed. Outrageous fees and fines charged. You will not get any part of your deposit back. When you move out, expect a move out statement falsifying damage as well as normal wear and tear. Management stadd is very unprofessional, deceptive and they do discriminate. This is not a place to call home. Every negative review you read about this property is 100% true. You can literally travel 10-15 mins in ANY direction from these apartments and find a much better place to live that's budget friendly. These apts are the ghetto of L** C******.
