Jefferson's Place Apartments DISGUSTING, ROACH & RAT INFESTED PROPERTY IN IRVING TX Irving, Texas

HORRIBLE.....This placed should be CONDEMED. Mad roach infestations and bed bug  are a HUGE problem.

I have a copy of my lease and ALL docs signed. They  said they spray every wednesday with the exception of the 4th wednesday. LIARS.  I have been here 13 months and they came once at my request. I have started  talking to residents, writting Corporate, writing TAA, and all agencies about  the conditions of this property, residents health concerns, their contract and  how they fail to uphold their committments yet are quick to send you letters  and/or fine you for alleged "violations". 

We have the right as tenants  to have honest and reliable office personnels and will not be held accountable  for their part in breaking the legal and binding contract. 

They list  fees associated with your move out and what they will charge you YET they should  be charged for what they haven't done or repaired. My neighbors have seen legal  notification of tenant rights as renters and what legal options we have for the  properties failure to abide by their signed obligation.

Jefferson Place Apartments has a huge beg bug infestation! They DO NOT notify  tenants or prospective renters of the existing infestation, but instead make you  sign an addendum in the lease agreement releasing them of the financial  responsibility, and WILL CHARGE YOU $650 for treatment costs when the bed bugs  that are ALREADY LIVING IN THE BUILDINGS make their way to YOUR APARTMENT AND  FURNITURE. Not only will you lose money to pay for the treatment of your unit,  which is done in GREAT negligence and does not eradicate the problem (makes  sense... because they get to charge at least 650 a pop when the problem spreads  to surrounding units), paying doctor bills to treat the excruciatingly painful  welts on your skin from the bed bugs feeding your blood while you sleep, and  lets not forget the costs of having to move and buy all new furniture. Save  yourself from all the anxiety and anguish from sleepless nights and beg bug  bites! DON'T MOVE HERE and if you are already live here, GET OUT AS FAST AS YOU  CAN!!
