My wife and I trusted him to help us save our home. He didn't do anything so we are going into foreclosure. I just called my state and they are telling me he isn't even licensed in my state to offer loan modification services. I called to get a refund and now he doesn't even answer the phone. Stay away from this guy if you value your home. I wish someone would have warned my wife and I.
