Non-payment for material and services rendered. Mr Baldwin hired me for sedveral houtrs of small home repairs in Sept. 2010. Claimed check in the mail (4 weeks ago) Will not answer door when home or respond to written notices. Cleaning woman at house same day says he wrote her a bad check. If you have a bad check, send certified letter demanding payment to home address or one on check, then file charges with county police. you must do this within 30 days! otherwise your fighting through civil court (not worth it for small claims).
