It is typical Joe Kennedy that the case he lists above is not the correct case. In fact the case he listed does not exist.

The correct case is GLN 08S00927 AIX-NITTANY TECHNOLOGY (Joe's company) vs LANDSHAPES.

(no balance due to AIX because) "THE AMOUNT PAID TO AIX WERE SUFFICIENT GIVEN THE ASSERTED DEFICIENCIES IN THE WORK PRODUCT PRESENTED TO PLAINTIFF LANDSHAPES, THUS NEGATING ANY ENTITLEMENT TO ADDITIONAL REIMBURSEMENT AS SOUGHT THROUGH CASE 08S00622".

Joe doesn't believe in adhering to  the law and the judge's decision. And since 2008 has sent invoices to collect the amount the Judge says he was not entitled to and threats of cyer character and reputation assassination through AIX-NITTANY even after he dissolved the company!

Joe Kennedy of builtinla.com/member/joe-kennedy and BestofMedia has a history of saying negative comments to extort money from people who do not owe him money.

1. Joe Kennedy, CFO of BestofMedia, and Tom's Hardware  formerly of AIX-Nittany(now dissolved) and LA Quickbookshelp (now dissolved), was hired and fired by our California client. 

2. We have never met or hired Joe Kennedy, CFO of BestofMedia.

3. It goes against our ethics to pay for extortion and blackmail. We will never reward Joe Kennedy of BestofMedia for cyber extortion and blackmail

4. We have a written record of an independent company who prepared the client satisfaction survey reflecting 96%.

5. Fortunately we do not have to rely on new clients from the internet  since we consistently get new clients from current clients word of mouth.

6. Our company and Mr. Brooks is financially strong. Anyone who wishes to obtain credit reports can find out.

7. Although Joe Kennedy of BestofMedia has been sending us extortion faxes through his new employer, we will never pay extortion money.
8. I have proof that he did lose a lawsuit with Landshapes
9. We promptly reverse invoices charged and refund all monies to clients.  

Jeffrey Brooks, unethical CPA is either confused or corrupt.

He sites his "96%" satisfaction number which is actually not very good, but even then - where does this number come from? He does not say and probably just made it up.

Jeff Brooks, Arizona CPA also forgets that he initially booked me to work for his client, and then was complicit with them in having no complaints at all for weeks on end, until it was time to pay the bill.  Then suddenly they declared that 100% of the work was bad and refused to pay even one dollar of the charges.  Would an ethical CPA allow this to happen?  Would a competent CPA let things get this far out of his control?  Should you trust your wealth and affairs to such a feckless and corrupt advisor?

Mr. Jeffrey Brooks, wealth advisor (corrupt wealth advisor in my opinion) also incorrectly states that I lost the case filed in Los Angeles County Small Claims Court: he is wrong - I won the case but they still did not pay.  Look it up at http://www.lasuperiorcourt.org/  :

Once again, Mr. Brooks is either corrupt or incompetent.

This matter has gone on for a long time.  Would an ethical and legitimate CPA allow such dishonorable discourse to take place and not face up to such challenges to his very integrity?  The right thing to do would have been to pay for the services he ordered, but it appears that Mr. Brooks himself is having financial difficulties, and that "Jeff Brooks Wealth Advisors" is not attracting very much - wealth.

The non-factual matters stated above are in my opinion.

I implore doctors, dentists and anyone, in need of CPA or wealth services, to find an honest and competent CPA and not take a chance with Jeff Brooks, Phoenix CPA.

Mr. Kennedy of AIX-Nittany Technologies was hired and fired by my client. Mr. Kennedy and AIX-Nittany Technologies was never a client, never an employee  and never a contractor.

Mr. Kennedy of AIX-Nittany Technologies sued my client for fees but lost in court in 2008. Mr. Kennedy is upset with our CPA firm because our client asked us to write a review of Mr. Kennedy's work product which was used in court.

Mr. Kennedy of AIX-Nittany Technologies has consistently tried to extort money from our firm in exchange for his promise to not publish negative comments and websites about our firm.  Based on our research, Mr. Kennedy has tried to extort money from other companies too.
