Mona, Let me begin by stating I find it very sad that after over a year and a half with no contact from you this is how you attempt to "contact me". 

Mona, I am sorry you feel you were treated unfairly. Lets revisit the FACTS shall we! First off you purchased a puppy from me the day she was born. You asked me to work with you on "paying her off". I agreed and allowed you to "pay on her" for 2 months! Then 12 hours before she was to be shipped you paid the balalnce off. This occured at approx 1130 am on November 2, 2012. Just two hours after I paid for her vet bill for all her shots, microchip, extra shots as needed, etc. Then at 9 pm after communicating off and on with you through out the day you asked me what would happen if you couldn't take her..... THIS WAS 10 HOURS BEFORE HER FLIGHT! Not 2 days and I was the one that contacted you not the other way around. I also feel it necessary to go through what all transpired. You informed me and I quote" I'm talking to my sister and she is having a fit". You then informed me your MOTHER and Kevin were dependant upon you. THEN you informed me YOUR sister didn't think you should be getting a dog as you were "TIRED. " I was not rude to you, I did not attack you, however you did in fact attack me. At 1005 pm on Nov 2, 2012 I was informed by you that you did not want "Suri" and if I shipped her you would not pick her up. She was to be shipped on Nov 3rd 2012 and had to be checked in at the airport at 6 am. SO actually I got 8 hours notice. This is after, Vet bills, turning down others on a puppy for 8 weeks. Food, Shots, Microchip, Crate that has to be altered via Airline rules to ship a puppy. etc. NONE of that money is refundable. Furthermore. ON your paypal invoices it clearly states as you are aware that YOU DID in FACT agree to my contract when you paid the deposit. It also clearly stated what was and was not refundable. As you even mentioned in an email I recieved from you on November 5th, 2012. I find that fact that you have gotten on this sight to SLANDER me sad. It has been over a year and I have not hear a word from you. Not to mention the fact that I have NEVER said I was on a LAW TEAM! I am not a lawyer! I think what I find  the most offensive is that you act like you are a victim of some crime when you are the one that violated OUR contract! Furthermore, When you asked " can you tell she may be show quality", (on Oct 14 2012, my response was and I quote "I think as of right now yes, really nice pup!" YOU NEVER MENTIONED TO ME YOU DID NOT FEEL SHE WAS SHOW QUALITY! Suri was a stunning puppy! Beautiful movement, Nice structure, good strong topline, and SQUARE! I had several other breeders tell me they felt she was "STUNNING, A VERY well put together pup". SO please before you attempt to slander me again and twist the truth re read the emails as I believe you will find my dates helpful. Again I am sorry you feel as you were treated wrongly, You bought a pup the day it was born, (can't determine show quality at a few hours old although she did turn out to be "SHOW QUALITY"), You did not contact me 2 days in advance to tell me you couldn't get her

( I contacted you the night before she was to fly and you told me less than 12 hours after making final payment on her and 8 hours before she had to be at the airport), you were very rude to me and told me you would have a lawyer contact me which told me to not discuss anything further with you(all in emails). You then went on to tell a "Aussie Breeder friend" about the issue and they emailed me telling me how this was an issue in the past, Where you "bought a pup" and then on the day of pick up you backed out because it made your mother mad( I never threatened her I found her emails very helpful on how to deal with the situation) As for your alligation of "Strip" your friend appart. I don't even know what that means. I have never threatened you or your friend. (also in emails). Mona I find it further disturbing that after all this time you suddenly think of this. I never received any notice from a lawyer as you stipulated in your POST and in your emails. You also never discount the fact that you agreed to my contract in the emails regarding the contract.
