The reports are all the same. I requested a refund before report was issued (I read several complaints on the Ripoff Report). She assured me she was the real thing but would refund my money. This was on February 8, 2008 and I am still waiting for my refund to be processed.

Went online to see if I had been refunded my money and noticed they had put through another charge for the same amount to my credit card.
This time a phone number was listed and I called about it. Have had to call twice and keep sending an email. I am being told to be patient. I have been waiting over a week for my money to be refunded. All they've done is charge my credit card again. Beware and do not give them any credit card information.
