After several emails to Jenna's assistant Claire, I was finally issued a refund. It was about $2.00 short, but I'd like to just put this experience behind me. Claire claimed that the report was sent to me 3 times but that it went to my bulk mail box so I was not able to receive it (there is no proof of this but...) She warns against this, but the logical thing to me would be if this is a reocurring problem for her, why send such a large file that people pay for but cannot retrieve. Something to consider Jenna
