Its been a week since she took my $500.00 from me to cover marketing expenses. The money was to be a draw against future commissions. After she took my money she sent over a contract that wasn't what we had discussed. She agreed to make corrections but never did.
Several days later on Tuesday she said I would have her full attention on Wednesday.
Wednesday she said that she had a draft of the promotional flyer and the business card done; and that she would send it just as soon as she got off the road that day.
It was another excuse every day. Thursday she ignored my phone calls and blocked my e-mail requesting cancellation.
Her website says that she will generate the first 5 leads at no cost. Yet she charged me $500.00 up front.
She conned me, took my $500.00 and gave me nothing in return.
Now I have the headache of trying to collect in small claims court and filing criminal charges against her.

Since Jennifer blocked my e-mail cancellation from being delivered, I left a phone message requesting a return call; otherwise I would have to get law enforcement involved as this appears to be fraud. No return call. So, then I contacted her business office to ask the owner if he could help me obtain my refund. Finally I got a call , but not what I expected. She claimed to be the victim and stated that if I contacted her she would claim harassment and call the police on me. I notified the local police who in turn contacted her. She gave the police officer a song and dance about how surprised she was to have been contacted by the police and stated that she would give me a refund, but could not do it today and that I could expect my refund the middle of the next week; but it would be minus her expenses. She had no expenses because if she had done any work on my behalf of any value, then she would have simply attached the proof to an e-mail and hit the send button. That only takes a few seconds to do. Since she is unreasonable, we will settle the difference in court.
