Jenny Svancara Filed a false police report, slandered and Harassed a innocent family, Used Facebook, Twitter, and many other sites to create a false narrative Manhattan New York

Everything that Matt Marifioti said before his death about Jenny Svancara is true. She did file a false police report on him, hacked into his bank account, she is a addict that gambles and uses other people money  all documented by text, instgram account adzizzard and mattewmarafioti1 as silent cries for help before he took his own life As she sat on her  couch doing nothing most likely harassing him by phone or by computer and how she was going to take his son away from him. 

Jenny Svancara files false police reports in and out of state. She cant take care of herself or even her own child uses her child as a pawn to get money out of people. Just tries to pass him off to other people to raise. When her child was born she called up her mother to adopt him, she took the child pleaded and cried with another family memeber that she needed help that Matthew Marafiotti was both abusive both mentally and physicaly, he was on drugs that he was a drug dealer, she was about to loose her nursing job that she needed a lawyer and wanted to put a restraining order on him. 

A caregivier aggreement was put into place the couple took in the child for two months. What the couple found out later  that Jenny had been pleading with the couple to give her $120,000 dollars to payoff a gambling debt with paypal and this is all documented by text. What Jenny Svancara didnt tell them is she hacked into Matts bank acount stole it  and gambled the money  in one night.

She has also eneded up in court before Matt with another companion by the name of Bill  once again was over money and gambling which Matt allegly paid some of it and with the remaining amount Jenny Svancara filed bankruptcy.

She also admitted by text to running hundreds of thousands of dollars through paypal from her bank account to Matts illegaly for quite sometime from the casinos. She also admitted to needing to be put on anitdepressants by a doctor which she refused to do or get any type of counseling for her addictions and problems in life.

The couple was concerned for her and the well being of the child before they found out about the stolen money they were willing to help her anyway they could so she and the child could have a better life.

After finding out what was really going on with Jenny the couple talked to her about getting counseling, that no money would be given to her it was important to give the money back to the Marifiottie family.  She needed to move and get couseling to get her life straight. She refused to do anything got mad and jumped into a car to get her child that was very well taken care of for two month with many witnesses and documentation.

The couple had told her that they were taking a business trip end of the month, The same time Jenny jumped into the car to get the child knowing she wasn.t going to get any money from them other than help and expenses for the child. Jennys Svancara life is all about decption. When she didnt get her way and was using her own child as a pawn to get money.

The couple paid for everthing for the child the whole two months he was with them and didnt ask for anything. When they got a call she coming to Texas they decide to wait one day turns into two days and no show from Jenny she wasnt evven anwering her phone. They had to leave with a text to Jenny saying that they had to leave on their business before Jenny got to their home got mad and filed a false police report that they kidnapped the child.

Jenny took to facebook creating a false story on how her own family memeber kidnapped her child  posting their address and photos as vengeance ripped through her veins of deciet and anger. 

Jenny then took to the internet started posting photos along with saying how her own sister was a prostitue which doesnt exist, embezzler complete lie with pages and pages of text of harassment and threats of what Jenny was going to do to her own sister saying she was going to make her famous, that she was going to ruin her life.

Jenny went on to create a smear campaign of over 40 links  on the internet along with Amy Holsowrth that has cost the couple $40,000 dollars. of slander, harassment with many internet crimes.With posts that just keep popping up on distastful websites.

Jenny Svancara has serious mental issues, is suicidal and just overall very disturbed. She had been raped at 16 never got any counseling for it and that anger is getting worse with the parents completly delusional as to whats really going on with their own daughter. Jenny is a good liar and plays the victim often.

She hides behind her nursing career as to say im a good person its all a game to her. You cant ever trust a gambler they will play you for a fool as long as they can and will never feel bad about it.  Always about them. Jenny Svancara doesnt care who she hurts its all about herself and money. 

She even has attacked and mocked God and her own families faith she is a complete atheiest .One miniute she normal the next Jenny Svancara is a completly different person she needs some serious counseling she has no remorse for hurting  people at all. 

She uses the computer, cell phone and ipad as a weapon to post stolen photos of her own sister all over the internet while posting lies about the couple. The latest has been on twitter which is helping the couple build  a solid case against her it has become ridicouls Jenny Svancara is so degranged that she doesnt even know right from wrong anymore. All this distrbing behavior isnt normal. She called herself a nurse? When your a nurse you sign a ethics agreement and Jenny has violated this many time.

 Jenny Svancara has violated a court order she signed saying she would leave her own sister alone and to never contact her ever again or post any lies about her online. Jenny Svancara has no regard for the law or anyone else and she wonder why her life is a mess. Jenny Svancara just has poisionous intentions, detrubing behavior.

She is not a person that should be walking around in society and is not a fit mother. She thinks since she has been a victim since 16 her whole life has been about victimizing innocent people who have done nothing to her she is very disturbed.
