Jeno Lock along with his accomplice engineered an elaborate scam utilizing the Kickstarter crowdfunding platrform that was designed to swindle willing project investors out of tens of thousands of dollars by tricking them into believing they were investing in a legitimate film project but the project never really existed.

Would-be investors were promised various project related items that increased in value as amount of money invested grew larger. Fake project milestones were provided to instill confidence in the project in an attempt to swindle as much money as possible in a short timeframe.  Investors were taken for a ride by the fraudsters who bought themselves time with made up excuses for why the project milestones were not being met. They reassurred their victims that all promises would  be fulfilled, however, they never were and never were going to be right from the beginning.

Jeno Lock and his criminal counterpart stole nearly $28,000 from their victims through the Kickstarter scam. Once the money was deposited by the victims and the tally reached a peak number, Jeno took the money and soon after detached himself from any involvement with the project, noting the many investors he had scammed that he was leaving due to creative differences.

Criminal mastermind Jeno Lock and his accomplice rode off into the sunset with $28,000 of innocent, hard-working people's money with not an ounce of remorse for what they had done to these people. I certainly hope this is not the final chapter in this horrific scam that preyed on innocent people.
