Mr. Hansen previously executed a promissory note in favor of AMF capital, Inc. in 2007. To date Mr. Hansen has failed to pay the Note, which remains in default. The total sum due and payable under the note has now increased to over $175k which includes unpaid principal, accrued and unpaid interest,late charges, and Attorney's fees. Mr. Hansen continues to claim that he ' wants to work on a agreement out ' but has yet to make any specific offer or any payment to date. What we have received is numerous broken promises and pleas not to let everyone know that he is the original Rippoff Artist.
