This is in response to the report posted 09/13/2010, concerning Capital Merchant Solutions, Inc. and Jeremiah Davis. We do not charge and application or setup fee prior to the merchant account being approved.
Unfortunately, we have not been contacted by this client directly, and have no record of a merchant by this name and location ever applying for merchant services with us. We are responsive to all inquires, and welcome anyone with questions or concerns to contact our office (toll free: 877-495-2419).
