Jeremy Stead Ranch Saddle Co. Ranch Saddle Company Paid $1075.00US deposit for wade roping saddle,Jeremy has not supplied a saddle and will not return my deposit after 9 months. Greenville Texas

On the 04/04/2016 I transferred $1075.00US into Jeremy Steads account as a deposit for a Wade roping saddle, his website indicates 8 weeks for the saddle to be manufactured, I gave Jeremy Stead the measurements for my saddle and chose a saddle from his catalogue indicated on his website so there would be no delay, it has now been over 9 months and Jeremy Stead has not supplied the saddle, I continuously asked Jeremy for a shipping date, he just kept giving me the run-around, I emailed Jeremy Stead cancelling the order and to return my deposit, Jeremy refuses to answer my phone calls or emails.

I had my heart set on buying a saddle from Texas from a reputable manufacturer, I’ve been patient and trusted Jeremy Stead and at one stage he said the saddle was ready and he would send it the following Monday, I have a copy of the money transfer into Jeremy Steads account, I have a copy of an email with Jeremy telling me the money had cleared into his account, to this day I have no saddle or my deposit returned into my account, I even offered to pay the freight charge to Australia, Jeremy Stead is a liar and has deceived me.
